NutriGal's products are divided to the following 3 main groups:

NutriMore – a rich soy protein and fiber fraction obtained in a physical extraction process from premium Non GMO special grade Soy Beans. NutriMore is mostly used in Baked Goods and Extruded food applications providing unique texture and nutritional values to the end products.

NutriFree+ – GLUTEN FREE APPROVED rich soy protein and fiber fraction obtained in a physical extraction process from premium Non GMO special grade Soy Beans. NutriFree+ is used in GLUTEN FREE FOODS to replace simple carbohydrates and deliver high nutritional values while maintaining bland flavor and crispy texture of the end products.

NutriTex – naturally extruded soy protein and fiber fraction produced using NutriGal's NutriMore and NutriFree+ ingredients. NutriTex is mostly use in snack foods, nutritional bars, as additives to yogurts, salads, soups and more
