The Technology
Our production process is strictly of a physical/mechanical nature, thus preserving the natural and nutritional values of our products.
Premium Non-GMO Soybeans are washed with water and subject to a special mechanical steam extraction system that removes the soy soluble sugars (including soy raffinose and stachiose that causing undesirable flavors and odors) leaving a protein and fiber rich fraction fully functional and clean from off flavors. The final product is then dried using a special food grade drying system that protects the product from protein denaturation and contaminations.
